By using Font Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service. We've kept them short and mostly common sense — legal documents don't need to be unreadable.
Short version
Read Font Atlas for free, no account needed. Don't scrape or republish our articles wholesale. Font licences belong to the font's foundry, not to us. We're not liable for decisions you make about fonts, and we may show ads to keep the site free.

Font Atlas is owned and operated by IntraTech Middle East LLC. We provide educational articles, reference material, and interactive tools about fonts and typography. Access is free and requires no account.

4. Fonts and Third-Party Materials
Font Atlas hosts no font files. Typefaces discussed on this site are the property of their respective designers and foundries, and typeface names may be registered trademarks.
Links to font sources — Google Fonts, Font Squirrel, foundry websites, and others — point to third-party sites governed by their own terms and licences. Downloading or using any font is subject to that font's licence, not to these Terms — always read the licence that ships with the font.
5. No Professional Advice
Articles about font licensing, trademarks, or any legal topic are general educational information, not legal advice. Licences vary between foundries and change over time.
For decisions with legal or financial consequences, read the actual licence text and consult a qualified professional.
6. Accuracy and Availability
We work hard to keep content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that the site is error-free, complete, or continuously available.
Typographic history in particular contains disputed claims; where we know of a dispute, we flag it. If you find an error, please tell us.
We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control.
7. Interactive Tools
Tools such as the Font Pairing Tool are provided "as is" for exploration and convenience. Preview rendering may differ between browsers and operating systems — always test typography choices in your target environment before relying on them.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or backend systems
- Probe or attempt to breach the site's security
- Use automated tools to scrape the site at scale
